What do you mean by, “Free Consultation”?

If you are considering me as your potential Wedding Photographer, the first step is to schedule a time for us to meet by clicking here.

This will be your opportunity to share your vision and what ideas you have in mind. If you’ve seen a style of photography you like, this is a great time to share it along with anything you want to make sure get captured. We will also discuss your engagement session, the wedding location and what types of prints you will be wanting.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards, including American Express. You may also pay using PayPal, BitCoin, direct deposit, cash or check.

Is there a deposit?

A deposit of 50% is needed to reserve me for your wedding date.

When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due 7 days prior to your wedding date.

How should we select our engagement location?

Most couples like to start with an inland location and then finish on the coast at sunset. This allows you to start with a little more dressy outfit and then change into something more relaxed for the beach or coastline.

How would you describe your photography style?

Natural and relaxed. My goal is to capture your wedding the way you remember it. Anticipating those once-in-lifetime moments comes with experience.

Through a combination of composition, lens selection, and post-editing. Every image is edited for optimum exposure, saturation, and color balance; and blemishes and background distractions all get removed.

A select few images will be processed and provided in various styles such as black & white, sepia, saturated, antiques, and other mixed tones. Please let me know if you have any favorite images you would like in a particular toning style and I will provide it at no additional cost.

Do you pose us?

I try to place you in a relaxed position and then let you interact. I vary the different types of poses (traditional, relaxed, fun) so that you have many styles to choose from. I’ve found that moving quickly and taking many different poses and locations allows our couples to stay relaxed and look natural.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time for all final deliverables is 3-8 weeks depending on complexity. A small gallery is made available within a week of your wedding for sharing with friends and family online.

Does someone else shoot with you?

Yes, I have another photographer who shoots all weddings with me. We work exclusively as a team so when you book your wedding you are booking both of us. We have been shooting weddings together for the past three years and love working as a team! It’s an advantage for you because not only do we get different angles but it allows us to be in two places at one time if need be.

WHAT TYPE OF EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

I am a Nikon shooter. I shoot with two full frame professional grade DSLR Nikon cameras with Nikon glass.

Do you shoot destination weddings?

Yes, I love destination weddings and have shot several of them.
